Ingredients:
5 lb malted wheat 2 lb roasted barley 15 lb pilsner malt ( can replace 2# with light munich or vienna ) 40 IBU perle hops no aroma additions
Procedure:
- Mash at 147-148 degrees
- Wyeast 1007
