Batch Size:  10 gallons Boil Time:  90 min.
Starting Gravity:  1.045 IBU:  40 Finishing Gravity:  ~1.024
Primary Fermentation: Secondary Fermentation:

 

Ingredients:

5 lb malted wheat
2 lb roasted barley
15 lb pilsner malt ( can replace 2# with light munich or vienna )
40 IBU perle hops
no aroma additions

Procedure:

Mash at 147-148 degrees
