Batch Size:  10 gallons Boil Time:  90 min.
Starting Gravity:  1.080 IBU:  25 Finishing Gravity:
Primary Fermentation: Ferment at 50-53 degrees with Wyeast 2206 Secondary Fermentation:

 

Ingredients:

24 lb Weyermann rauchmalz
6 lb Weyermann dark Munich malt
25 IBU German hops such as Tetnanger or Hallertauer

Procedure:

Mash at 154 degrees
