25 lb Golden Promise 1 lb UK Crystal 40L 1 lb UK Chocolate Malt 35 IBU UK Target Hops 1 oz UK EKG Hops, 15 min 2 oz UK EKG Hops, knockout 1 Cone Homegrown Cascade, knockout
Procedure:
- Mash at 152 degrees for 1 metric hour (66 minutes)
